Old Pulteney 18 years old 700ml 46%

Old Pulteney 18 years is drawn from a combination of bourbon and Spanish oak casks. This process is offered from Highland distillery. It is named after the street where it lies, but also Captain Joseph Huddart who provided maps and charts for the British Fisheries Society who were the builders of Pulteneytown and its harbour.
The taste describe dark chocolate and green apple. This combination make a great juxtaposition of bitterness and sweetness, while waves of vanilla and rye bread sit in the background. At finish  you will feel the notes from citrus, sea salt and wet grass.
